Every item we sell is 100% genuine direct from the manufacturer. If your hardware arrives DOA or unopened, we make returns effortless.
Unopened, factory-sealed hardware, starter kits, coils, and accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. For strict hygiene and safety compliance, e-liquids, opened disposable vapes, and used pods cannot be returned unless defective on arrival.
If a device arrives Dead on Arrival (DOA) or exhibits a factory defect within 72 hours of delivery, send our support team a short photo or video of the issue along with your batch code. We will ship a replacement unit or issue instant store credit with zero restocking fees.
Once your return package arrives at our Las Vegas facility, our quality team inspects it within 48 business hours. Approved refunds are credited directly back to your original card or Sezzle account within 3–5 business days.
Email support@eightvape.shop with your order number (#1001) and a brief description. Our support specialists respond within 1 business day with a prepaid return authorization label.
Every brand we stock (GeekVape, Vaporesso, Lost Mary, UWELL, SMOK) includes a holographic scratch-off QR code on the retail box that can be verified directly on the manufacturer website.
If your return is due to a fulfillment error or defective item on our part, we cover 100% of return shipping and credit your original shipping fee.
