Fast, discreet, tracked shipping from our Las Vegas, NV fulfillment hub — with free US shipping on orders over $59.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET Monday through Friday are picked, packed, and dispatched the same business day from our climate-controlled Las Vegas warehouse. Live tracking numbers are emailed automatically as soon as your label is scanned.
Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders of $59 or more (after discounts). Orders under $59 ship for a flat $5.99 rate. In accordance with federal PACT Act regulations, a mandatory adult signature fee is calculated transparently at checkout.
Every package ships in plain, unbranded exterior boxes for your privacy. Federal law requires an adult aged 21 or older to present a valid government-issued photo ID and sign at the time of delivery.
Most West Coast and Southwest orders arrive within 2–3 business days. Midwest and East Coast deliveries typically arrive within 3–5 business days via regional carrier networks and USPS Priority/Ground Advantage.
The carrier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery the next business day, or hold the package at a local pickup point where you can sign with your 21+ photo ID.
Due to PACT Act adult-signature requirements, we can only deliver to physical street addresses where an adult 21+ is available to sign.
Available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET by phone or email.
